Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
How do I process a return or exchange?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Simply visit our online returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.
Are Tropicfeel sneakers waterproof?
Our sneakers are designed to be water-friendly and quick-drying. While not 100% waterproof, they feature materials that allow water to drain and evaporate rapidly, making them perfect for land and sea.

How should I clean my Tropicfeel gear?
Most of our sneakers are machine washable at a cold temperature (30°C). We recommend removing the insoles and using a laundry bag. Air dry only; do not tumble dry.
